ZISTY Home, founded by Guamra Janati, owns all assets related to the Site, including its content, visuals, trademarks, and databases. ZISTY Home's activities include the retail sale of home furnishings (NACEBEL 47551) and the specialty retail sale of gifts related to household equipment (NACEBEL 4755902).
Article 2 – Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter "the GTC/GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the use of the Site and the online sale of products offered by Zisty Home.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares that they have the legal capacity to contract in accordance with the legislation of the country in which they reside.
Zisty Home reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 3 – Products and descriptions
Zisty Home offers products in the following categories: tableware, table accessories, coffees and alternatives, teas and infusions, gourmet food and decoration.
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor differences between the online presentation and the product received (color, dimensions) may exist due to the technical limitations of photography and digital display. Zisty Home cannot be held liable for these differences.
In the event of a clear error in the price or description of a product, Zisty Home reserves the right to cancel the order in question and to inform the customer as soon as possible.
Article 4 – Price and payment
4.1 Price
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown to the customer before order confirmation.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated by the customer.
4.2 Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering via the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Maestro or Union Pay.
Payment is secured by the Shopify platform using SSL encryption. Zisty Home does not store any customer payment data.
Article 5 – Order
5.1 Ordering Process
The ordering process includes the following steps: selecting products and adding them to the cart, verifying the contents of the cart, entering delivery information, choosing the delivery method and notifying the associated costs, accepting these Terms and Conditions, and validating the payment.
The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order, the main terms of sale, and information regarding the right of withdrawal.
5.2 Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a replacement, a full refund, or waiting for the product to be restocked.
Article 6 – Delivery
6.1 Delivery Zones
Zisty Home delivers throughout the European Union. The areas served and any delivery restrictions are specified during the ordering process.
6.2 Delivery times
The products offered on the Site come from various specialized suppliers. Therefore, delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered. The indicative delivery times are as follows:
- Belgium: 3 to 7 business days
- France and neighboring countries: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 7 to 15 business days
These delivery times are indicative only and begin from the date of order confirmation. In accordance with European legislation, delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 days from order validation, unless otherwise agreed by the customer.
If this deadline is exceeded, the customer can cancel their order and obtain a full refund.
6.3 Delivery charges
Free delivery is offered for purchases over €80.
The customer is informed of the total delivery charges before finalizing their order.
6.4 Order tracking
A tracking number is provided by email for each shipment, allowing the customer to track the delivery of their package.
6.5 Reception and verification
The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt. In case of visible damage, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and contact Zisty Home at contact@zistyhome.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the damaged product and packaging.
In the event of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, Zisty Home undertakes to offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
7.1 Statutory deadline
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the product (or the last product in the case of split delivery), without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
7.2 Extended deadline (goodwill gesture)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Zisty Home grants its customers an extended return period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. This extended period is a goodwill gesture and is subject to the same conditions as the statutory right of withdrawal.
7.3 Conditions of exercise
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision by a clear statement, for example via the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, or by email to contact@zistyhome.com .
The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, instructions, and labels.
The customer is permitted to handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, in the same way they would in a store. Any depreciation of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund amount.
7.4 Return address
Returns should be sent to: ZISTY Home – Guamra Janati, Rue Dehin 87, 4000 Liège, Belgium . After acceptance of the return request, a return shipping label will be provided to the customer.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
7.5 Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective, damaged or non-compliant product, in which case the return shipping costs are covered by Zisty Home.
7.6 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following product categories:
- Perishable products or products likely to deteriorate rapidly (food, flowers, plants)
- Products made to measure or clearly personalized according to the customer's specifications
- Products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons whose seal has been removed after delivery
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Audio, video or software recordings unsealed after delivery
- Gift cards
Article 8 – Refunds
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Zisty Home will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the least expensive standard delivery method offered), within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the customer's decision to withdraw.
Zisty Home may defer the refund until the returned product is received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used by the customer when placing the order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
If the refund has not been received within 15 working days of return approval, the customer is invited to contact Zisty Home at contact@zistyhome.com .
Article 9 – Exchanges
Zisty Home does not handle exchanges directly. Customers wishing to receive a different item are asked to return the item under the conditions described above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Article 10 – Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with European and Belgian legislation, the customer benefits from a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. During this period, any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
In the event of a product defect, the customer may request repair or replacement. If these options are impossible or disproportionate, the customer may obtain a price reduction or a full refund.
To claim under this guarantee, the customer must contact Zisty Home at contact@zistyhome.com describing the defect found and attaching photos if possible.
Article 11 – Liability
Zisty Home cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or strike of postal or transport services, flood or fire.
Zisty Home cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product by the customer.
Zisty Home's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order paid by the customer.
Article 12 – Protection of personal data (GDPR)
Zisty Home collects and processes the customer's personal data in the context of order execution and the business relationship, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).
The data collected (name, address, email, telephone, order history) is used exclusively for order processing, delivery, customer relationship management and, with the customer's consent, sending commercial communications.
The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict processing of, and object to the processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, the customer can contact Zisty Home at contact@zistyhome.com .

Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, visuals, trademarks, graphics, databases) are the exclusive property of Zisty Home or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Zisty Home.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Zisty Home at contact@zistyhome.com in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with European regulations, the customer can also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform set up by the European Commission at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
The customer can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (SMC) in Belgium.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of Zisty Home.
Article 15 – General Provisions
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid by a court decision, the other clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
Zisty Home's failure to exercise any right provided for herein shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
